The Victorian era remains one of the most familiar yet enigmatic eras in history—a time period captured best by none other than Charles Dickens.  Explore the “continuing narrative” of Victorian England through Dickens’ stories and characters brought to life through technology, costumes, art, and beautifully detailed vignettes representing London’s notable settings. As journalist and novelist, Dickens works helped shape the era’s social conscience and lend clearer insight into the challenges and developments of the time period in a way that makes memorable, meaningful connections between Queen Victoria’s world and our own today. Fee:  General Admission; Members and Children 12 and under are free.
